Associate Senior Engineer/Senior Project Manager (8-15 years)

We are working with a growing company in New York City who is looking for a great structural engineer that would like to be a part of their team. The company focuses on the design and renovation of low to mid rise structures (up to 15 stories), utilizing the latest technology and software programs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of new building and structural alteration projects
- Preparation of client proposals and agreements
- Develop and manage the team of design engineers (including consultants) to meet client deadlines
- Contribute to Business Development Activities in order to increase client base
- Provide outstanding service to clients, both new and existing
Requirements:
- BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering with Structural Emphasis (MS Preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in Building Design
- High level of familiarity with structural analysis and design software
- Licensed PE or SE, with ability to get NY PE
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Great attitude and desire to travel
