SE Solutions, LLC was founded in 2006 by Brian Quinn, PE as a niche recruiting company for structural engineers.  In 2010, we launched SE University (www.LearnWithSEU.com) to provide structural engineers with high quality continuing education at a reasonable cost. In 2014, the recruiting arm of SE Solutions, LLC was renamed SE Impact to better reflect our mission of creating a strong, positive, and continuing IMPACT on both companies and candidates through our services.

Brian Quinn, PE;  President / Founder

 The Founder and President of SE Solutions and SE Impact is Brian Quinn, P.E. Brian is passionate about helping structural engineers improve their careers and lives. Prior to starting SE Solutions, he worked as a Regional Engineer for almost 12 years at RAM International (which was acquired by Bentley Systems, Inc. in December 2005). While at RAM, he helped thousands of structural engineers with software solutions that would greatly streamline their business. He has given hundreds of seminars around the country to structural engineers on how to improve their business via technology. Prior to joining RAM, he worked as a structural engineer designing building structures for JDH Engineering in Grand Rapids, MI.

He has a BSCE and MSCE from Purdue University (1989 and 1991) and serves on the Purdue Bowen Lab Advisory Council, and was formerly on the Civil Engineering Advisory Council at Purdue. He is a past president of the Structural Engineers Association of Michigan (SEAMi) and helped form the West MI chapter of the organization. He is also a member of the AISC Partners in Education Committee (PIE), and serves as a corresponding member on the NCSEA Basic Education Committee. Lisa Willard, PE;  Vice President

Lisa Willard, PE, is the Vice President of SE Solutions. Lisa’s primary focus is on the SE University continuing education program. She also provides periodic assistance with recruiting. Before coming to SE Solutions, Lisa spent almost 9 years at RAM International, working with customers in both a Regional Engineer and Technical Support and Training role. Her focus was on helping engineers be more productive, and helping address technical questions regarding the RAM programs. Lisa also conducted hundreds of training seminars for engineers across the US. She has always had a great love of technology and how it applies to the engineering field. Lisa has a BSCE from Cal Poly, SLO (1998).

Lisa is a licensed Professional Engineer in California and also chairs the SEI Digital Media Committee. Lisa lives in Camarillo, CA with her husband (an electrical engineer) and two children. Lisa can be reached at [email protected].
